General Information (Term & Condition)

Reservation:
If you want to make reservation, Please contact us directly to our addresses (Please, by email if possible).

Payment:
Let us know that you have transferred full cash payment to our bank account at least a week before arrival date.

Cancellation Procedure:
Please let us know at least 10 days before arrival date if you want to cancel your reservation.

Permit:
We require your copy of Passport and Visa or Kitas to obtain the police and the park permit.

Health:
No specification skill needed to join in our trip. For Borneo Safari Tour Package most of the food are Indonesian food, which served with hygiene consideration and healthy. To protect your skin from the sun and mosquito, please bring suntan lotion and repellent. Take malaria pills a week before, during and after trip.

Insurance:
We suggest you take your own insurance to cover yourself and to cover importance goods such as like camera and others (It’s not included insurance).

Lightweight Equipment:
For our client’s who want to do expedition, we suggest to bring lightweight equipment just what you need in order you fell more comfort.

Flight reservation and Luggage:
To reserve air flight ticket, please to advise us your name/s at least a week before. You can catch flight from Semarang, (Surabaya, or Jakarta via Semarang daily flight). Most of the flight between Kalimantan is only allowed 10Kg, bigger airplane allowed until 35Kg for the luggage.

Boat:
It is prepared for special tourist boat, for our trip at Borneo Safari Tour package, the boat is very comfort and it’s called “KLOTOK” with 2,5m and 12m and maximum 5 persons for stay over night on boat Program.

Hotel/Lodge:
In our package (Borneo Safari Package), there are three accommodations as mentioned bellow:

1. Rimba Orangutan Eco Lodge: Provide 35 rooms and divided to be three kinds of room, from air-conditioning room with hot and cool shower until room with ceiling fan and cool shower only (Price from US$ 95 – US$ 50).

2. Pangkalan Bun’s Hotels: is a transit hotel, the price from (US$ 60 – US$ 45) and in our package we use this hotel for Dayak Adventure Package

The packages are excluded incurred due to causes beyond our control (force major) and Borneo Safari Tour does not cover delay or flight cancellation. We will assist in the rescheduling & organizing suitable accommodation.
